Merricks General Store –
Riannen and Pete met at a nightclub on a night out with each of their friends. They dated for a little while and when Pete knew it was time to propose he had it all planned out. They would go away for the weekend to Bright and he would pop the questions to Riannen there. Unfortunately like a lot of plans last year, it got cancelled due to Covid. Pete had to come up with a new plan, one that didn’t involve travelling anywhere. In the end he settled on cooking dinner at home proposing afterwards. It may not of been the way he planned it but it was still perfect and Riannen said “Yes!”.
Their wedding was held at Merricks General Store on the Mornington Peninsula and they opted to do a first look beforehand to ease their nerves. This was such a sweet day to be a part of and you can see that from their photos. The Baker Boys band had everyone up and dancing long into the night and seeing Riannen’s Grandpa grooving on that dancefloor was definitely a highlight!
