Terindah Estate –
After having to postpone their dream day last year, Gen + Beau finally got hitched at Terindah Estate on the gorgeous Bellarine Peninsula.
After freaking out all week about the predicted storms, their day went off without a worry with the storm passing right by us (Sorry to the rest of Melbourne that copped the floods!).
I’m not sure I’ve ever seen a bride dance so much on her wedding day either. From the moment I arrived Gen was bouncing around grooving and from then on she just didn’t stop!
Gen tells their engagement story like this:
“I got home from the hair dressers one night, went into the bedroom to go have a shower. I was annoyed as one of our cats had thrown up on the carpet. After cleaning up, I went to go have a shower. I was half undressed when Beau called out my name and said one of the cats had also thrown up in the walk in wardrobe. I was angry coz I didn’t understand why he couldn’t clean it. I opened the door and he was on one knee and asked me to marry him. I was in shock and asked him what the f**k he was doing. I do love telling that story.”
