Lin & Chris + their furbabies!

After 100+mm of rain over the three days before their wedding, the universe really pulled through for these two and delivered the most beautiful day on Sunday and their two perfect pooches were there to make sure they didn’t miss out on the fun, being the goodest ring bearers ever.

They hired a Kombi and drove their wedding party and themselves around, and then spent the afternoon at @mtduneedestate celebrating with their favourite people.

It was relaxed, ridiculously fun and full of all the good stuff - big laughs, warm smiles, happy dogs, plenty of dancing and two people who were just so happy to be married.

And somehow, after all that rain, we got this day!

A beautiful winter wedding at @dromanaestateweddings for Katherine + Brayden, with the cosiest ceremony inside the barn, plenty of love, and one very important member of the family… The Smurf 💙

Their big, blue 4WD is more than just a car - it’s basically the third person in their relationship. And honestly, I’m still not sure who loves it more 😂

It all started when these two met on a 4WD tour through outback Australia, so having The Smurf, as the unofficial 3rd Groomsman, there on their wedding day felt pretty perfect.

From remote outback adventures to standing together on their wedding day, these two have already packed a lot of adventure into their story and I have a feeling there’s plenty more to come!

Everyone thought they were coming to an engagement party and Tayla’s 30th birthday celebration…

But after 8 years together, Tayla and Blaze had a very special surprise waiting - they were actually there to become husband and wife <3

And while the surprise itself was incredible, it was the moments in between that made this day unforgettable.

The tears from Tayla’s dad as he watched his daughter step into this next chapter.

The heartfelt message from Levi, Tayla’s son, recorded especially for Blaze, confirming what everyone already knew… that Blaze wasn’t just the man Tayla loved, he was his stepdad, his family, and the person who had chosen him every day.

Watching Blaze hear those words, and seeing what Levi’s relationship means to them both, was such a powerful moment. There may have been tears behind the camera lens!

Then, just moments later, Tayla walked down the aisle and they officially became a family of three.

This was a surprise wedding filled with 8 years of love, happy tears, and a whole lot of heart.

This is why I love what I do - it’s not just about creating beautiful images. It’s about capturing the little moments, the big feelings, and the memories that will be held onto for years to come.

And to any couples dreaming of doing things a little differently… I hope this is your sign that your wedding day can be whatever feels most true to you <3

Taylah + Mitch (and babybump <3)

A day full of so much love, laughter, and the best kind of energy at @middlemanfunctions in Scoresby - exactly how these two always said they wanted it. Fun, relaxed, and just really them.

From Taylah walking down the aisle and seeing Mitch’s reaction (hands down the moment of the day 🥹), to a dance floor that didn’t take itself too seriously, it was one of those weddings where everyone just felt completely at ease.

And now they’re stepping into this next chapter already growing their little family which makes it all feel even more special <3

An absolute dream crew to photograph - so much warmth, so much ease, and Mitch + the boys were total legends 😄 I’m still laughing at how quickly everyone relaxed in front of the camera

The most perfect May day down at Phillip Island WInery - 26 degrees, not a breath of wind, and that incredible ocean backdrop.

These two are just… easy. So sweet, so relaxed, and such a joy to be around. The whole day felt calm in the best kind of way.

But truly it was Lilly (their retired greyhound) who featured as the star of the show. Super chill and just wanting all the snacks and pats!

And then as a surprise for the couple, some guests had rocked up with temporary tattoos of Erin and Nik AND some of Lilly too… which honestly just took things to another level!

Such a good day with the loveliest people! The perfect way to head into a few weeks break and catch up on allll my other sneak peeks! <3

Earlier this month I spent the day with these two absolutely beautiful humans, surrounded by their nearest and dearest.

It really was the sweetest celebration — the love between them both (and for their little one on the way) was so evident in every moment.

Afterwards, Steph sent me the most beautiful review and I was honestly welling up reading it…

Sam + Rachel at @swallowfieldvineyards - what a day to remember!

From the moment Rachel walked down the stairs, to Sam’s heartfelt tears during his vows, the day was overflowing with love, laughter, and those perfectly messy, joyful moments that make a wedding truly theirs.

The epic dances of the night were unforgettable — a nod to how they met at dance class (even if Sam doesn’t quite remember!) — and the energy from their guests kept the celebration lively from start to finish.

It was so special seeing familiar faces again — Nathaniel + Charlotte and their adorable children — and feeling that beautiful family connection continue to grow.

Their love story is something else: Sam proposed in Bali at sunset, navigating quad bikes, hospital stitches, and perfectly orchestrated surprises just to see Rachel’s smile — the kind you could watch on repeat forever.

A fun, heartfelt, and utterly personal celebration, full of laughter, tears, and everything in between. I feel so lucky to have captured every moment of this beautiful day.

Last weekend at @cptnjacks on the harbour in Sommerville with Teash + James

These two first met at work back in 2017 — a love story that quietly grew through team chats, emails, and the long drives to meetings. What started as everyday workdays slowly turned into something much bigger.

Their engagement almost happened on the Sunshine Coast… until travel restrictions changed the plan. Instead, James proposed on Arthurs Seat, in front of their kids — a moment that ended up being even more meaningful than the original idea.

At the heart of the day was their beautiful blended family, all brought together with their sweet little boy Larkin — the thread tying everyone together and a reminder of just how much love sits at the centre of their story.

Their wedding felt just like them: beautiful, fun, and full of personality. The kind of celebration where laughter sits right alongside the heartfelt moments.

And in true “let’s make this day unforgettable” fashion, they even got matching tattoos from @treehaventattoo during the reception — James’ very first tattoo, permanently marking the day they became husband and wife <3

Yesterday at @alowyngardens in the Yarra Valley, these two officially became husband and wife.

The sweetest couple, with their little sidekicks Harley and Nudge (the very charming border collie) coming dangerously close to stealing the spotlight more than once!

An energetic wedding party kept the whole day buzzing — including the groomsmen’s iconic aisle entrance as the “Beer Boys,” launching beers into the crowd so guests could sip along during the ceremony. Equal parts hilarious and unforgettable.

Fun, sweet, and just the right amount of beautifully chaotic energy, this was a celebration full of personality, big love, and the kind of joy you could feel in every moment ❤️

Ella + Brad’s wedding yesterday was at @theshearingshed, Phillip Island — one of my all-time favourite places to photograph!

A genuinely gorgeous couple, held so closely by their fave people. A wedding party who adored them, heartfelt words that landed deep, proud parents high-fiving each other mid-celebration, and that rare, perfect Summer weather - not too hot, beautiful sunshine and a divine evening.

Fun, vibrant, and full of love from start to finish, before we slipped away to the beach cliffs at sunset. Just Ella and Brad, the sea air, soft light, and a quiet moment together before embarking on the party on the dancefloor when we got back! <3

Clear skies and bright sunshine, hot in the afternoon sun, set the scene for a beautiful celebration with their family and friends, many who had travelled from overseas while @joshsperring_entertainment

Yesterday was an absolute dream in Arawata, South Gippsland.

There’s something pretty special about photographing a wedding in a place that holds so much family history. Piper’s family has deep connections there, and friends and family even travelled down from Queensland to be part of it. The ceremony was held in the same little church where Piper’s parents were married, which made it all the more meaningful.

Both families were so genuinely kind and welcoming, and their sweet dog Sansa did her best to steal the show whenever she could.

The weather was meant to be terrible, but thanks to an old wives’ tale and a couple of sausages buried in the ground, we ended up with only the lightest drizzle and a whole lot of luck. It didn’t affect a thing — everyone enjoyed lawn games, drinks outside the Arawata Hall, and then we were treated to the most incredible sunset. Some lovely neighbours even let us use their paddock for photos, which was such a gift.

Kate from @heyloversxo was the powerhouse behind bringing Piper’s vision to life, and did an incredible job of keeping everything running smoothly.

One of my favourite details was Piper’s dad giving people tractor rides, something the family used to do when the kids and cousins were little. It was such a nostalgic, joyful touch to an already beautiful day.

What a ripper night. The dancefloor was still going strong when I left, and I’m officially convinced that burying sausages might be the ultimate wedding hack!! ❤️

A decade of love, laughter, and adventures across the world, brought these two to the moment of beginning their next chapter in the most intimate and heartfelt way — a micro wedding with just nine of their closest people, surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of Broughton Gardens in Jindivick.

With the rolling hills of Gippsland as their backdrop and spring blooms including cherry blossoms all around in the gardens, they said “I do” on the exact day they met, ten years ago. It was quiet, meaningful, and full of the kind of joy that lingers long after the last toast is made.

Sometimes, the smallest gatherings hold the greatest love — and this day was nothing short of magic.

HOW DO I CHOOSE WHICH PHOTO TO LEAD WITH?!?!

Nath & Bec’s wedding at the beautiful Carlei Estate Winery was one of those days that just fills your heart right up.

It was my first wedding back for the season and the forecast had us all thinking we’d be blown away with rain and crazy winds… but instead we got soft little showers, golden light sneaking through, and the most incredible sunset to wrap up the day. Honestly, we couldn’t have been luckier!

With just 35 of their nearest and dearest, the whole vibe was relaxed, fun, and full of those little moments that remind you what weddings are all about — laughter, happy tears, and so much love.

And of course, I’ve got to shout out Carlei Estate. Nat and her team are absolute gems — they always go above and beyond for their couples (and us suppliers too) and it honestly makes days like this run so beautifully.

Some wedding days just feel magical, and Maddi & Ty’s autumn wedding by the Dargo River was exactly that. 🍂

They said their vows in one of their favourite spots, with their amazing celebrant Rachael from @theivyaisle_msra.chael weaving in little touches of Viking tradition that made the ceremony so personal and special.

During the group photo, they surprised everyone with the happiest news… they’re expecting their first baby! The cheers and happy tears were such a beautiful moment.

Later that night at the reception, Ty — aka @DJYeeHawaus — serenaded Maddi with a song he’d written just for her. It was one of those moments that makes your heart full and your eyes watery at the same time.

From vows to surprises to love-filled music, their day was just overflowing with joy. So grateful I got to capture it all.
